COVID -19 – 2nd Statement from Managing Director

As the Corona Virus Pandemic sweeps the globe, we are sensitive to the fact that everyone is also managing the acute economic and personal impact that the virus brings. The fast-paced nature of this crisis means that companies and individuals are having to continuously monitor developments and announcements from their respective governments.

Inductotherm Heating & Welding Ltd continue to take appropriate action to protect their staff, with all office staff now working from home to ensure we can provide the same level of response to our customers. All essential production staff are adhering to strict government guidelines and continue to work to support our customers during these challenging times.  All current projects are on course to be completed within agreed time scales.

We are encouraging customers to ensure they are fully stocked with spare parts to reduce the risk of production downtime and our spares department as working tirelessly to ensure parts are sent to customers in good time. We are still open to receive any Coil repairs.

We are responding and continually evolving new strategies to help with the maintenance and repair of customer’s equipment to avoid unplanned downtime. We continue to provide full telephone support 24/7.  Working with our global network of companies to further support our customers within their own countries if we are not physically able to attend site from the UK.

As a consideration to our personnel, family and the impact of the Coronavirus crisis we are extending the Easter Break starting 6th April – returning 20th April. Throughout this period, we will have a skeleton staff working to support our customers.

If you have any urgent (breakdown) situations, then please phone your normal contact and someone will get back to you as soon as possible.

Wayne Hine
Managing Director
